I picked up a Solite Car Battery Sharjah from a shop near my place and the warranty is 12 months which seems standard for the price range, but I'm curious what kind of real world lifespan people are getting with these in our climate. Some forum posts claim they barely last two summers while others say they've gotten four years out of theirs without any issues, which is a pretty massive range. I saw carbatteryreplacementsharjah.ae carries Solite as well and their listing mentions something about calcium calcium technology which is supposed to reduce water loss, is that actually a meaningful feature or just marketing jargon? My driving is pretty standard, mostly city commuting with the occasional longer drive on weekends, no extra electrical load from accessories or anything. Would love to hear from people who've run Solite batteries for at least a couple of years, did you get the lifespan you expected or did you end up replacing it sooner than planned?
